I am a solo attorney, and that gives me the freedom to shape my practice in a way that will maximize the service that people are looking for. I don't have a lot of the “bells and whistles”. Instead, I have a basic, down-to-earth practice that keeps my overhead down and allows me to keep my prices reasonably low while still providing PROMPT, PERSONAL and EFFECTIVE SERVICE.

I do consultations in person, by phone and by e-mail. Both phone and e-mail provide a satisfactory means of gathering the information I need ---- I have satisfied clients all over the world! Even local clients often find that e-mail is the easiest way to communicate for most aspects of the attorney-client relationship.

However, I am also a strong believer in the value of a face-to-face meeting. In fact, I believe in it so strongly that if you live or work anywhere within two hours of my office, and you can't or would rather not travel to my office, I will travel to meet with you for an initial consultation at no extra cost!
